I don’t write many reviews, however Kodi has been more than helpful with all of my cars maintenance and repairs. I have a car that’s older and has had a lot of wear and tear so Ive needed some parts replaced, rusty breaks cleaned, etc. I’ve had nothing but good experiences and haven’t had to get the same thing fixed twice. Kodi is one of the rare techs who I can trust is providing me with honest service, and I’ve been able to stretch the lifespan of my older car thanks to him.

Wanted to share my experience from this weekend when I went to Capital City Subaru Saturday with my daughter that just entered drivers education. I wanted to get her into something safe and reliable. We were just browsing for now and thought the team was very helpful and listened to our needs. We will definitely be back in a few months when she gets her license. We have visited several other dealerships and  she said she especially felt listened to here which helped with our decision.

My Ascent had a transmission issue that ultimately required replacement. While I was not thrilled about that, Josh, my service advisor, was quick to get a loaner vehicle of my choice so I was mobile again within minutes. He was also great at keeping me in the loop about timing of my repairs. Andrew, the service technician, did a great job with the car and I hope the new transmission lasts longer than the first.

I had an extraordinary experience at Capital city Subaru. Josh was terrific, keeping us posted on the status of repairs. A great new feature they have is sending you videos of the needed repairs so you can see for yourself exactly what the technician is trying to explain. When this is combined with their text messaging, it is very easy process. Josh did a great job. Highly recommend!
