I rarely leave reviews. I had to for this experience. Hands down! The best car buying experience I have Ever had. I was searching for a Qx80 all over central Florida. Found a great price at Carlando dealt with owner and his brother. No nonsense, no games, no pressure just honest easy going family business that gave great service great price and great car. Followed through in every detail from getting my registration. Also had an issue with the warranty company they helped me and gave me a refund when it didn’t work out. (2 months later) And they did not SELL me the warranty I asked them for it.  I can not recommend them enough. Don’t think twice if they have a car you like go see them you won’t regret it! Thank me later

The very first thing I check when looking for a new car is a dealerships Google reviews.  It's rare to find a dealership with 4.6 stars. CARLANDO of lakeland is very well deserving of their 5 star ratings! Though overwhelming at first with so many options on a small lot, the staff immediately is helpful, quick,  and genuine. If you know nothing about cars just tell them up front and they will help you get a car that is a good and reliable fit.  If a car has issues or quirks they will let you know, and they are very patient. The customer service is outstanding and once you've picked a car the purchase and registration is quick and easy all in one spot. If you're looking for a new/used car,  definitely check them out first! You'll save so much time not having to drive around to subpar used car lots to find nothing worth buying.  5 out of 5 would recommend, great prices, great selection, great experience ????
