After a bit of online searching, we traveled to this dealership to look at a 2022 Toyota highlander. The car was like new. Even better since you can no longer get the V6 in the new models. Price was actually a few dollars below what our online research told us that it was worth. After inspecting our trade in, they came back and offered us almost exactly what our research had told us it was worth. They got me a better financing rate than my bank was offering. We were in and out with a done deal in just over 2 hours. Totally unlike any other car dealership experience that I have ever had in my 60 plus years. I would definitely do business with these guys again.

615 LOCAL TEAM

Overall, the experience was ok. . There was a few hiccups with the CarGurus and their communication back, so I’m not sure if there was a go-between or what but something wasn’t connecting.  I was never given a name of who to ask for when I arrived.

The car was not clean when we arrived. . One of the fobs was dead and the other fob was with somebody out on a test drive.  This was not a good start.  The car test drive was great but took a few to figure out the options and how to test them all out.

The salesperson that was helping me was new to car sales and she did her absolute best to make us feel comfortable and was a dream to work with.  I don’t mind working with someone new as we all started somewhere.

The car not being clean was not her fault.  The disconnect between car gurus and the dealership and whoever was texting me,  I’m still not sure if they were with CarGurus or the dealership. In the end I purchased the vehicle, got a lower APR rate from the dealership then I did via CarGurus.

I wanted for a fair price and I enjoyed driving it so far and the options on this Audi are amazing.  It's high miles but you really can't tell.
