On Wednesday morning, I spoke to Jason over the phone with interest in purchasing the 2016 Mercedes Benz GL 550 “IF”, it was in pristine condition.  I asked that he use his expertise and best judgment, because I live in Pittsburgh and I didn’t want to travel to Charlotte and be disappointed. Jason advised me that the car was in great condition.  On Thursday morning I flew to Charlotte and was picked up by Jerry, we had great conversation, he’s an awesome guy.  When I arrived my SUV was parked in front shinning with showroom appeal.  Pristine, it was, White with Tan interior, a classic car color.  Inside I met with Chance the finance expert, he processed my loan, and title paper work.  Then I met Brandon the tech expert, he synced my phone and music to ensure an enjoyable ride home to Pittsburgh.

Over the many years (40), of purchasing cars I’ve had great experiences, but this was different.   I watched a Luxury Used Car Team serve me with integrity, and compassion, each and every one of them treated me like I mattered.  Truth is there aren’t enough stars available to rate the Culture, at Carolina Luxury Imports.  They truly, understand the assignment, and I thank you.
