Jay was able to beat Bank of America approved terms, give us more for our trade-in (which we still owed money) on a GREAT Lexus RX 350 price resulting in a sweat deal, including a 36-month warranty. I’d like to start off by being transparent about my situation because I know not everyone has those 700+ credit scores. My situation was absolutely not one that was in any way shape or form acceptable by many dealerships.

Now with that being said I’d like to thank Mario and Jay for working with me to help get my wife in the car she wanted. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left with the vehicle they did were friendly and professional.

Even after purchasing the Vehicle they were very reassuring that they could help if anything happened down the road.

I recently moved to Texas from Canada and needed a car upon my arrival. With having absolutely no US credit and the currency exchange rate being so terrible losing 40% transferring my money from Canadian funds I was looking at used cars that I could get for a good price. After looking at multiple sites and car lots it was obvious that Carz City had the nicest cars for hands down the best price. I was a little nervous getting a car that was older than the one I was driving in Canada, but the miles were low and it looked like it was in good shape. After purchasing the little Mercedes the brake light warning came on driving it home. and the navigation chip was missing. Jay and Fares were so fabulous to be, they not only ordered a new navigation chip to replace the missing one, but took the car in, had it all checked out again, and replaced the burned out bulb (as if it burned out that same day!) They are really great guys that take care of their customers even after the sale is done. I would highly recommend Carz City and will likely trade my Mercedes in for a newer car with them down the road. Used car shopping can be stressful, at least here you know you are dealing with good, honest people.
