I just purchased a 2024 Lyriq from Cavender Cadillac and Russell Johnson has been working with me since I started the ordering process almost two years ago. He always kept me up to date, brought me in to see the other models as they came in and even offered another model if I didn't want to wait for mine. I wanted to wait and it was definitely worth it. Russell respected all of my requests and made them happen. The night I purchased him, Will and Josiah (finance) went above and beyond to help me and make sure I was taken care of. I really enjoyed my experience with Cavender and would do business with them again. I highly recommend Cavender, Russell and Will.

I was very impressed and how quick Kevin responded to our inquiry on the Corolla Cross and even sent us a video showing us the outside and inside of the vehicle. When we arrived Kevin had the vehicle waiting for us at the front ready to go for a test drive. He stayed past his regular working hours to work with us on closing the deal. This has been the BEST experience with a dealership I ever had. We also had the pleasure to work with Josiah the finance manager. He was very direct and to the point.
