Well stopped into Champion just to talk to the service department about getting a recall taking care of on my pickup! Got that taken care of then was just looking at a Jeep they had! Treated me like family!
Half way through a 9-hour road trip, my check engine light came on so I stopped in to Champion in Athens, expecting a pretty quick fix and to be back on the road in no time. Well, it was much worse than I expected and I had a blown engine! Shocked, confused, devastated, frustrated, the team took great care of me. They explained all of my options (multiple times because I was in denial) and did it with such kindness. I was in quite a predicament being so far from home but everyone; maintenance, service, warranty, sales, financing, etc. was very compassionate, honest and patient.
I feel like I have a new family in Athens Alabama. But if we have a reunion, it better be under better circumstances!!
