10 out of 10! I go to Champion Ford as often as I can to get car washes and details. Normally I stop by once a week or once every two weeks to get my mustang cleaned and looking nice! The detailing crew is always happy to help and has amazing speed, service, and positive attitudes. They make sure you’re well taken care of and go the extra mile just to see a smile on your face.

I had a great overall experience at Champion Ford. My salesman, Leon Gomes could not have been a nicer gentleman. We discovered that he and I have similar backgrounds in life so we had some very enjoyable personal conversations before getting down to business.  While discussing the purchase price of the F150 I selected Leon was very straightforward concerning what the dealership was and was not willing to negotiate. I very much appreciated Leon's no-nonsense, no games approach. Not once did he attempt to deceive or to apply any high-pressure tactics, and specifically he did not attempt to persuade me to spend more money than I had budgeted for the purchase. I was shopping sales price and not payments and Leon respected that. In short Leon treated me with kindness and respect. After a pleasant negotiation we came to an agreement on purchase price which I was satisfied with as being fair. The finance office did offer additional items such as an extended warranty but they applied no pressure and more importantly did not attempt to sneak them into the deal as other less scrupulous dealerships do. During the delivery Leon was very knowledgeable concerning the workings and features of the truck and patiently schooled me on their use. As far as a vehicle purchase experience goes Leon and Champion Ford made this experience as pleasant as any.  I highly recommend Champion Ford, and ask for the very kind Leon Gomes!
