In short, amazing people accompanied by amazing service. I've been shopping around for a car for several weeks and I can assure you every single other dealer hit me with those stereotypical car salesman phrases and pitches right off the bat. Jim and his son were so professional and so personable from start to finish including a follow up call, not just to ask if I was still interested or not but to ask "hey everything alright? Just wanted to see if you were still coming by or wanted to reschedule your viewing." Test drive was smooth and they were even nice enough to let me run it by a mechanic nearby to do a full inspection/diagnostics which in reality was a nice peace of mind for myself but in the end not necessarily needed per say. I purchased a 2012 mazda3, engin and transmission were perfect after inspection, only a couple fixes that are not life altering which can be easily facilitated which made the price of the car extremely reasonable. Overall, out of all the vehicles I've viewed at all the other dealerships I've been to, I never felt more comfortable anywhere else not only by the professionalism both of these gentlemen provided but as well as the confidence in my purchase and that I was going to leave that day with a reliable car that will last me for quite some time. I am extremely happy with my purchase and cannot thank Jim and his son enough for being so accommodating as well as honest and transparent during the entire process. I've already recommended several coworkers recently as I told them about my experience and I'm more than a thousand percent sure the rest of these reviews can contest to the excellent service these gentlemen provide. Once again I cannot thank you gentleman enough.

I can’t say enough about how great Jim and James were to work with. We have been to a lot of dealerships looking for a car and this experience was different.
