Just purchased my first electric car from Chapman Chandler! Steve Burgess was my Internet salesman and he made the process so easy! He gave me every quote I asked for and there were many, plus he helped me find the exact car I was looking for! I didn’t have to come in and haggle on price, we did all of that off site! I’m very busy so his help was exactly what I was looking for!! He was extremely professional and never made me feel like I was just a female that wasn’t going to buy a car!! Plus I loved that he was a retired law enforcement officer because i wanted to support him too! I give my Chapman experience 5 stars because of Steve and if you’re looking for an electric vehicle, he sure knows a lot about them!! Chapman BMW excelled again! I purchased a 2024 840 in July and had a great experience. I have a 2020 M850 that was purchased elsewhere and decided to have it serviced at this dealer based on my great purchase experience. I recently received my vehicle back after being repaired from an accident and scheduled an appointment. I was assigned to Tony as my service advisor. I asked for an inspection just to make sure everything was okay on the car. He went above and beyond! Not only did I receive a video of their findings, but he was proactive in communicating it to my technician at the collision center to ensure it gets taken care of. I have had nothing but EXCELLENT experiences with Chapman and BMW. Thank you, Tony!

I want to thank Ladell Player and the Chapman BMW Service Team for helping us get our 2017 X6's original 7 year old batteries changed out with a moments notice.  With the holidays coming next week we wanted to ensure there were no unexpected disruptions with a dead battery.  Chapman had an available loaner vehicle, which I used to finish my Christmas shopping and hit a bucket of balls at the nearby indoor range. I bought my new hybrid there and still have my 2004 which we bought under the European delivery . Picked up the car in Munich and had a blast driving it for 3 months in Europe. I am delighted with my 2022 new hybrid and still love my 2004 convertible! Their service is impeccable and they have the best snack bar and gift shop too!

I think the car to the dealer on Monday and I pick up my car on Tuesday and everything was already done and ready in less than 24 hours they fixed and find and repair my car the most faster inconvenience way for me because they give me a call to see car during the time they supposed to be repairing my car but they do it so quickly amazing job incredible they do all the maintenance required and repairs only $350 for the whole maintenance on mine BMW i3 2014 ranch thunder 10 years old and now it's running like the first day incredible I have 65,000 miles with no inconvenience, thy repair the air conditioning through The warranty
