Chapman Mazda was great to work with. Jeremy Tippett (salesman) was the best and easiest person to work with. We had to ride a bus to Sky Harbor bus stop and Jeremy came and picked us up and drove us to the dealership to purchase the car we had selected. Everything went so smooth. Great car buying experience. Nick was very friendly and knowledgeable - never came across as pushy or overbearing. He listened to what I was looking for, let me test drive a few cars, and went into a good amount of detail on the differences between trim packages. After the deal was completed, he spent extra time showing me all of the car features and functions.
Good financing options and paperwork is relatively straightforward. They use an online system so some things can be signed digitally. Those are then sent electronically to the email address they have on file.
Overall, I would recommend.

An extremely good experience at Chapman Mazda. I have purchased 4- CX5's at 3- different dealerships in the valley. Chapman Mazda and Val our sales gal was by far the most peaceful no nonsense straight forward experience. I highly recommend Val. and Chapman Mazda. Val is on point with her customer relations and an amazing kind woman!  BTW I also had a great experience at Chapman Ford with my company Mavericks I purchased last year.
