Working with Allen was a GREAT experience!!! We found the vehicle we were looking for online at Charbonneau so I called and talked to Allen. Allen said he would look over the vehicle for me and call me back with his opinion of the condition of the vehicle. Allen called me back within 30 minutes and gave me a quick opinion of the condition of the vehicle.  I told him I would drive out to see it.  On my way to the dealership, Allen texted me photos of a couple scratches he found after we spoke.  Upon my arrival at the dealership, he gave me space to look over the vehicle, drive the vehicle, and dig through all the compartments of the vehicle.  I made him a reasonable offer, and Allen found a way to make it work.  Since this vehicle would be my wife's primary driver, and we had been dealing on another vehicle, I conferred with her about which vehicle she wanted to go with.  I texted Allen afterhours with questions, and he promptly responded, which I did not expect.  Then, when we came to get the vehicle, Allen went out of his way, not just taking time for my wife and I, but making time for us so we could sign the paperwork and pickup the vehicle in a timeframe & manner that worked best for us.  It was unbelievable how he worked for us!

If you need a vehicle, call Allen!  He will help you.  I know the first person I am going to call next time I need a vehicle is Allen.
