They answered all my questions and more. I drove a ways to get there, but it was well worth the drive. I couldn't be happier with the car and the service. Super easy registration also. Thanks again.

My husband and I recently purchased a new Toyota 4 Runner from Charles Toyota in Norwich. We anticipated waiting a while since we had very specific requests, however, Tommy and Brian went above and beyond to not only get our 4 Runner earlier but to take the time to go over every detail with us.  They spent a lot of time with us and we never felt rushed. They were in constant communication with us. Brian even called me when he had a vehicle on the lot that was the color of the 4 runner we ordered so that I could have the opportunity to swing by and make sure I liked it.  A few days after we again heard from both Tommy and Brian, asking us how we liked it and if we had any questions about the 4 runner and all its fancy apps now that we had been driving it for a few days. We are so happy and could not have had a more pleasant experience.
