I told him our basic requirements (needed monthly payments, 3rd row, etc.) and he brought us out my dream car, something I didn't think obtainable (and certainly didn't mention what kind of car I actually wanted). But it was! We were trading in a vehicle that held sentimental value, too. I was struggling with leaving it and he was able to help me get a long standing sticker off for me to hold onto. The act of kindness was so necessary within that moment.
