For some people, shopping for a new or upgraded car is stressful and exhausting, But if you go to Chevrolet of Puente Hills, you will get a whole different experience.

My wife and I were on the market for a new Chevy suburban. In the past couple of weeks, we have visited a few dealerships and had bad and just ok experiences. When we arrived at Chevrolet of Puente Hills dealership, we were immediately greeted by a sales manager, Mark, as soon as we arrived on the lot. He took us in, asked us a couple questions, sat us down, and passed us off to his sales associate Luis Ceja.

From the time we met Luis, he took care of us. From taking a couple test drives, answering our questions, talking about football, and learning about his family life, you could tell he loves his job and gives VIP service to his clients.

Throughout negotiations, we worked with Luis and Mark. Both of them were very fair and honest when it came to the finances of an upgraded suburban and a trade-in. We never once felt pressure to buy and never once felt we couldn’t negotiate the numbers. Both Luis and Mark were very easy to work with and made us feel comfortable the entire time.

We were at the dealership for a few hours before we finally closed the deal;  Louis and Mark made it all worthwhile with their A+ hospitality.

The next time my family is on the market for a new or updated vehicle, We will be heading over to Chevrolet of Puente Hills where car buying is back to being fun and exciting.
