We ended up needing a new engine, and the warranty company was causing a fuss about covering the costs (despite being well within the age/mile limit for warranty coverage). Trent was awesome about communicating every step of the way and was able to get everything covered under warranty. We had a great experience with Chippewa Valley Mazda. Tyler had both of the vehicles we were interested all ready for us to test drive. He was patient, answered all of our questions, and super friendly. He never made us feel pressured to buy anything or to hurry up and leave (even though there was a snow storm brewing outside).
