The service department is AMAZING!  They where able to do a warranty motor replacement crazy fast! Along with some additional parts. We had to wait for parts to arrive via boat (nothing they can control) and they where awesome in keeping me up to date, answering questions, etc...  This was the absolute best car service experience I have ever had.  I only wish they could service my non-Infiniti vehicles!

I used the new “valet” service for my Infiniti’s oil change and tire rotation. I scheduled a week prior for my car to be picked up from my house. I received a text advising the porter was on the way morning of. I was updated via link regarding issues that could be added to my service. Along with a helpful video of the car inspection. Once my car was finished I paid over the phone for the service. Then my car was delivered back to my house. I highly recommend using this service!

After receiving my car I noticed that my windshield fluid was open and not filled. I let the service team know of the issue. Joel took care of the situation sending someone over to fill the fluid. I appreciate him taking care of me.
