Our experience started off great. Mikki Chandler met us at the airport to give us a ride to the dealership. We were greeted cordially by Mikki and were well taken care of by all the staff that we encountered. We felt like the people actually cared about us and we felt that Mikki cared to get to know us and be personable with us. We felt like she didn’t lie to us like other car salesmen that we’ve dealt with in the past. She was straight forward  and honest with us and kept us in the loop throughout the whole experience. It makes a difference, especially when we have to wait there for a while to finalize everything. I felt she listened to me and I did not feel taken advantage of. The price was fair and the service was very good and completed on time. I feel safe in knowing my car is well maintained. Kim at the snack station was personable and we had a delightful conversation which made my wait go by much faster. The waiting room was clean with free beverages and cookies and a massage chair!
