To be COMPLETELY HONEST to whomever reads this... EXTREMELY EXCEPTIONAL TEAM AT CMA's COLONIAL KIA. I NEVER thought I would EVER be capable of purchasing a car from ANY DEALERSHIP EVERRR!! Walking through the door of CMA's KIA Jordon first approach gave me ease. He is just SO great, confident, caring, informative, passionate,  MOST OF HONEST  which is a extremely important to a individual like myself. The process was very challenging do to my background, credit,  etc to be truthful I WAS A WHOLE ENTIRE  MESS when I arrived. And, YET Billy D and Jordan held my hand and gave me so much motivation and put IN SO MUCH HARD WORK to get me on the road to recovering my credit, mobility. But most importantly THEY GAVE ME BACK MY INDEPENDENCE!!!

We purchased a 2024 KIA EV6 yesterday at Colonial. Jordan, our salesperson, worked hard for us, helping us find a vehicle in the color and trimline I wanted. Jordan, BTW, is a happy mix of high energy and patienve in explaining things. He was quick when it was something we needed to know but didn't need a deep dive on, and was really patient and diligent to make sure we understood the particularities of an all-EV car. We'd had experience with plug-in hybrids but not an EV, and we really enjoyed learning how to get the most out of the vehicle. Steve. the manager, guided us through the financing and completion of the contract, and was scrupulously honest about what was necessary and what was a frill. We cannot be more delighted and we'd recommend Colonial KIA and Jordan to anyone who is in the market for a new vehicle!

Call 1/12/24 spoke will NJ Native Billy and ensured me that he was going to put us in the hands of one of his Top Saleman named Jordan who then I spoke with and explained the needs. He set the appt up and we came in to talk to him he knows KIA answered every questions displayed and exemplary amount of respect during the entire process, GM Chris was awesome and show found out the need and assist Jordan on finishing the sale, Steve made the process of signing paper work flawless.
