Good experience in general
Just wished they have more than one financial person, waiting for 5 days to get the paperwork done is extremely annoying. Add to that how difficult it is to have a time slot that you want, it’s always at his convenience based on his schedule, I get it but we all have work and have our own schedules as well.
I had better experience in that regard in almost Avery other dealership and every brand from Subaru to Audi, business is done the same day or next day at the most.
Still give them 5 stars as the overall experience and dealing with sales team was so friendly and made me so special.
