First off, I am not an easy customer and am hard to please. I know what I want and have somewhat unrealistic expectations and timelines. Such a great car buying experience! I worked with Jon, but all other staff I met were friendly and inviting. Buying a car alone, as a woman, can feel daunting but they treated me right. Jon disclosed every aspect of the cost (admin, title, card fees) and took multiple steps to ensure I received a fair (honestly, above fair) value for my trade-in.
