Definitely the best car buying experience I have ever had. The staff was friendly, they knew their stuff and they were happy to help each other out to ensure a smooth transaction.  They were excited to be there, and they gave me a nice tour of the facility while the paperwork was being prepped.  The car was perfect,  and even as I was getting ready to leave, one of the shop guys appeared out of nowhere to do one last bit of polishing on the vehicle.

I grew up nearby, and as kids we would ride our bikes over to gawk at the beautiful machines on their lot - It was great to return after all these years later to buy one of them.

Ryan Castagnino is hands down the best person I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with and I’ve  worked in customer service for 15 years.  He returns calls/texts very promptly. I recently took delivery of a new Ferrari at Continental Autosports.  Sean Rudy was my Sales Consultant and he was excellent to work with; responsive, courteous, professional and knows the Ferrari product very well and was able to provide thoughtful guidance through the process of optioning the vehicle.  Sean would provide periodic updates during the time from order to delivery informing me of the various status changes that the vehicle goes through and was always patient with me when I had questions or would call about updates.

Continental was also able to arrange the Ferrari factory tour in Maranello during the summer of 2023 when my wife and I were over in Italy which was a spectacular experience.  In addition, we were invited by Continental to attend the Ferrari Challenge event at Elkhart Lake in September 2023 which was outstanding.  We met other team members from Continental and they put on a first class event.

Sean and the rest of the team at Continental really made delivery day very special.  The car was covered in a red sheet when we arrived at the dealer and then when it was time to unveil the car they pulled the cover off and there it was, such a cool way to present this beautiful car and they also took a video of the complete awe on my face.

My wife and I were even able to have lunch with the Continental team after the unveil which was great!  Overall the experience with Sean and Continental was fantastic and I would return to Continental to purchase another car, even a car other than a Ferrari as they have very high quality inventory of other makes as well.  I look forward to attending future events that Continental Autosports hosts and many years with our new Ferrari.
