Nick was amazing to work with! My husband and I were looking at what was on the lot, went in and spoke to him. We weren’t entirely too impressed with anything there and Nick then went a step further and brought exactly what we were looking for to the lot to test drive. He worked with us from there and thanks to him we went home from our honeymoon with a beautiful F-150. Superior Service!!! We live in Delaware and in September 2023 were traveling in the morning near Myrtle Beach in our 2021 Ford Class A motorhome.  The engine started missing and losing power.  We did not have another vehicle, did not want to drive it further, and Tropical Storm Ophelia was causing high winds and rain. This was a very stressful time for us.  We called the Ford Motorhome Assistance number and were directed to Conway Ford.  Mitch the Conway service advisor said it might be one of a few technical service bulletins and fit us in for a 1:30 p.m. appointment THAT DAY.  At the appointment he confirmed faulty spark plug wires covered under a service bulletin.  He said he could have them delivered the next morning by 7 am and that Skyler the technician could install them.  He found a place for us to park our RV that night, which we appreciated!  The next day Skyler and Eric (heavy-duty vehicle service advisor) took care of us and we were out the door at 10 am.  We feel very lucky to be near Conway Ford and the team of employees who work well together and care about customers who live 600 miles away.

I had a rear door latch that failed on my Ford Escape. It turns out it had a recall. Wendy in the service department got us in the next day.  We wanted to wait because we only have one car. We waited about 3 hours. The dealership was very accommodating, they gave us cold bottled water. They had a large area of snacks, candy etc. that could be purchased. We definitely will use Conway Ford in the future.
