Excellent car buying experience!  Kass Folkman is simply the best auto sales associate I have encountered.  I reside in Maryland and was searching for a pre-owned Ford Expedition Max.  Cooper Ford had one available and priced right on target.  Kass heard exactly what it was that was important to me in a vehicle, such as cleanliness and up-to-date maintenance.  He ensured the team addressed all my requests and even performed some extra.
