I came in knowing what car I wanted but not knowing how to work out the trade in and financing, and not knowing a whole lot in general. Not only were we able to get the financing where I wanted it to be, and get it all done on the same day, but Brian also pointed out a cosmetic flaw with the car I wanted (which I would not have noticed before driving off the lot with it) and promised as part of the sale that we would get it fixed. On top of that, I went in to Pep Boys for a fresh oil change a few days later and found that everything was great with the car other than the tires, which were quite worn. I asked the dealership if they would work with me to get a good deal on new tires and they ended up paying for them in full. They could have left me high and dry with the cosmetic issue and the tires, which wouldn’t surprise me from a used car dealership, but I felt that they really put in the work to make it a fair deal.
