I can only speak to Hayden as that’s who worked with me. What a great guy. I have never had repairs done at a dealership before and was expecting them to either price me out or simply refuse to touch my commuter vehicle given the state of it (I drive maybe 5x the national average). Nope! They were fast and helpful and understanding. There’s some nice parts, socially and culturally, of NW Montana left, and this dealership may be one of them - seems to still do the right thing and tries to help out. They’re lucky to have Hayden.

Well before business hours one morning I saw and inquired about a Honda Passport that had just popped up on Corwin Honda's website. Almost immediately, sales consultant Jake Lorenzen got back to me, arranged a test drive, and I'd purchased the vehicle by noon that day. The late model, previously-owned lease return had just come in, so needed a set of new tires and some other refreshing. I live in a town 60 miles from Corwin Honda, so Jake offered to personally deliver the car to my home once it had been thoroughly gone over by the dealership. My husband and me went into Corwin to look at Honda Pilots and we talked to Taylor and he did an amazing job of helping us get into a beautiful 2019 Pilot.  He has been so amazingly helpful and has checked on us multiple times to make sure everything is doing great and we are happy. I had an error code come up that ended up being that the battery was going bad and he was the first to make sure that it got fixed quickly. He has went above and beyond helping us with this and made us feel at home.  Julie set us up with our loan and awesome payments as well. She has been so helpful as well and has went out of her way to get us the best deal she could.  The whole Corwin family are amazing and everyone there is so nice and make you feel very welcomed. I felt so much more at home there trying to buy a car than I have at used car dealerships around the valley.
Thank you all for everything and we definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to get a new or used car.  And in the future when we can get another car we will definitely be going to them.
