Service staff was courteous through our experience with a repair to one of our fleet vehicles.  We had some issue that took a bit of time to diagnose but Jesse and Landon were great and keeping us informed. The repair took a bit longer than we had hoped, hence the 4 stars, but honestly I feel that is due to short staff and supply chain. We will always use Crescent for our Ford fleet units. Thank you!
