I'm pleased with the experience I had at Crestmont. But my experience with Yvonne Owen was stellar! From the moment we initially spoke on the phone, to the time I drove off in the vehicle I was after, she was the same person. She was never pushy, didn't talk in circles around questions you ask, and 100% honest even if it might not be something you wanna hear. Yes, she is in fact the ever elusive straight shooter car salesperson. You quickly find out who your getting with her. Nothing gets sugar coated to try and sway you.
