Vinny and Jeff were both great. They both were very entertaining when it came to keeping our 2 year old entertained while we worked thru the process.

The one snag we had was on our trade in. The comparable trade in being used was irrelevant. It had a rebuilt title, and our trade in did not. At the end of the day, we decided to sell it our self and got a fair amount more than what was offered for trade. To be expected. Once past that, we were able to put a deal together.
