I just bought a Subaru Outback from Dan Perkins Subaru in Milford. This is the fourth Subaru that I have purchased from them. As usual, it was a great experience. The salesperson, Marshall was very knowledgeable, informative and friendly. The sales manager, Jeffrey, was terrific, personable and very easy to deal with. Gabe was friendly and set us up with Starlink and the MySubaru app. Gil was very easy going, friendly and knowledgeable during the finance process. Thanks to all. I love the car.

David was very nice and pleasant. He identified himself and explained the process. This was my first time at the new location and he guided me to where I needed to be. He also explained some things for my next visit.
It was beautiful and clean in there. There were very comfortable chairs in the waiting area and a gorgeous fish tank.

Service departments at dealerships give me anxiety. We've all heard stories of being overcharged and having services done that weren't needed. I have had the best experiences, again and again, at Dan Perkins. From the minor regular maintenance work, to the major 'oh my god, you're kidding me!' work done. Every single time the service folks have been available from start to finish. Fair prices. Loaner vehicles with big services.
There have been times when I've gone to a mechanic in my town, rather than drive to Milford, and every single time I've regretted it. Dan Perkins has a customer for life.
