Needed a new car quickly after an accident and got just that. Luis was super helpful and explained everything about getting a new car thoroughly. Definitely ask for him, he's super friendly and calmed any anxieties I had about getting a car. He also was super patient with my elderly parents who tagged along and answered any questions they had. Overall happy with my experience and happy with the car I got!!!

After my son and I totaled both of our cars in the same week, my friend referred me to Louis. I was not disappointed! Louis treated my son like his own. Throughly explaining his options and truly looking out for his best interests. He helped my son finance a 2024 Elantra. Louis then helped me lease a 2024 Tucson Hybrid. Just last week, I bought my first Hybrid - a new Hyundai Sonata!

I am thankful we decided to go back to the Danbury location.
Our salesperson Matt was great!  He actually made it fun to be there - which is not alWe also leased a car from him a few years ago - and again, him & the entire staff went above and beyond.

I've bought 7 cars in my life - from dealerships in New Jersey,  Connecticut, South Carolina, & Nevada -- and I can say this was a memorable experience, for the right reasons.

Finding honest & appreciative sales staff in this business can be difficult - I learned that the hard way in my previous car-buying experiences.  But this is why I went back a second time - they were great.

9/16/24 Update - After some follow-up, they made it right. I was given an appointment and service department resolved both of the due service. I appreciate the loaner by sales, and the open communication given by Eric from service department. Thanks!

Bought my car over two year ago. Since day one they promised they would reupholster my driver seat, and the seat adjusted since it never worked. They never did!

1st Sales manager promised they would find someone and get back to me, a few months in I learned they never communicated with the service department about this, then they kept saying the “lady who does it” is busy.

They never bothered at least fixing the seat adjusted since it’s difficult to adjust my car seat and uncomfortable to drive.

A year later I found out, sales never communicated about the promised service to service department. About 6 months ago, they scheduled my car for the service due, they had my car for DAYS only to tell me the lady never showed up.

I reached out to them recently to tell me they will at least be ordering the seat adjuster piece to at least fix that issue, only to be told that sales had a problem with the “promised service” they signed! I found out the previous sales manager and the sale guy that sold me the car are no longer there, I explained everything to the current sales manager who promised he would bring a “guy” to do the reupholster work, he scheduled a day to show up, I tried to confirm with him afterwards days ahead of the schedule service, only to be told an excuse everyday about being sick, no working that day, unavailable, leaving early.

Day of the appointment, I tried to confirm one more time because I HEAVILY RELY ON MY CAR FOR WORK, and I would be losing a day of work without my car, only to be told he’s unavailable so I called the service department and the service manager CONFIRMED with me that there wasn’t a “guy who does reupholster” available or showing up that day. And they will try to reach out to the “lady” and get back to me.

I showed up in person a few days later, only to be left waiting an hour and when I got hold of the sales manager, he told me I didn’t show up when the guy was there. I told him I tried to confirm days ahead with him, and he said  he didn't need to confirm because the guy was gonna be there. It’s exhausting and annoying that the so called guy wasn’t known by the service department, and the fact that they never bothered fixing my car seat adjuster.

Service and sales department don't communicate and can't agree on fixing my issue even though it was written and agreed by BOTH!

I’m fed up at this point when this type of job can be done in matter of hours but has taken years to get done.

They have the service agreement, they know what service is due, they can promise you anything but they’re just terrible at delivering good service. I called so many times, they never call me back. Never buying or recommending this dealer again.
