Appointments are necessary. You can drive your car up the Service Department ramp, go inside where usually someone greets you and handles your appointment information. I get oil change and tires rotated in under twenty minutes while waiting in the customer waiting room. A room with a TV, lots of seating, coffee, vending machine and a play area for the little ones. My only complaint is with my being a friendly talkative person, when it's time to pay and leave they're not the friendly type.
