Had visited Harley's on Sunday looking for a replacement for our 2011 RAM 1500.  Chose a couple of prospects and return on Monday hoping to test drive and get more info.  We were fortunate to have Brian approach us, answer our questions and indeed provide us with a chance to test drive.  In my experience, RAM pickup trucks are the most comfortable to drive of all makes.  The drive sells them.

But you always buy from someone, no matter how great the product.  Brian provided us with all the answers to our questions.  When we asked to add accessories, side steps, trailer brake assist, etc., he knew prices and availability.  There was no pressure, no rush, the buying experience was one of the best I have ever had.  And I have bought lots of vehicles over the years.  We got a great deal, a nice trade in, and prompt scheduling of accessory installation.

Introduction to our new RAM was personal and complete.  Amazing the changes between the 2011 and 2021 vehicle.  We drove out of the dealership well versed in the new vehicle.

We felt like we got a great new vehicle, but also acquired a new friend.  We feel confident that we can contact Brian with any question concerning our new RAM and will not get push off to another department.  I feel comfortable saying when and if we ever decide to buy again it will be with Hartley's if they manage to have quality salesmen like Brian.
