Tyler Moulton worked for days searching and making many phone calls to other dealerships to find me the Tucson I had my heart set on.  And he kept me posted every step of the way of his attempts.  I told him no huge rush because I had no problem waiting, but he kept on it and succeeded quickly.  I got exactly what I wanted with some extra features I didn’t think I needed, but fell in love with it immediately, and the extras are wonderful (cooled seats, panoramic sunroof, and even more cameras and safety features, etc.) Super knowledgeable about the Tucson and took his time explaining and teaching so many features. I am a real estate agent from Southern New Hampshire and had traveled to Fayette to tend to a property before then driving back down to Portland for the closing. My 2016 Ram began to overheat, and I pulled into Darlings in Augusta as a total stranger with a problem that was all my own. I fully expected to be told that their schedule was full and that I was out of luck. I WAS WRONG! I met Darius at the service counter, and he took the ball (the ball being my problem) and ran it into the end zone (end zone being the solution). Soon I was in a rental and on my way to my closing. They called me later to tell me I needed a water pump and what the cost would be, along with an ETA for repair completion. Darius and the staff at Darlings not only saved the day for me, they made me feel that my problem was important to them, which in the end is what we all want. TEN STARS!!!
