Andrew Palmer was a pleasure to deal with. Honest, direct, and prompt. He was able to get me into a fantastic deal on an absolute unicorn of a vehicle. His coworker Anthony assisted at the end due to schedule misalignment, who was also excellent to deal with.

The truck was immaculate mechanically, as was the interior, and they helped me get into an affordable payment, which makes a HUGE difference these days.

Greg Hawk made our out of state purchase an enjoyable and professional experience from beginning to end. We had worked out most all the paperwork and details before our trip as we had a trade that needed to be appraised before the numbers could be finalized. I must say, I was throughly surprised how my whole purchasing process went at Dave Smith in Coeur D'Alene. My sales man Greg was fantastic. I was expecting the usual pushy, you wanna see this other car type of salesman. Greg actually listened and didn't try to sell me on any other vehicle or feed me any BS. I've been through my share of vehicles so I've experienced alot of different salesman tactics through the years. Greg gave me a little background on himself being a prior military veteran and I appreciated him building a rapport with me instead of getting straight to the nitty gritty. Being in Spokane, I have no issues buying vehicles out of state. I've bought vehicles in Portland, Oregon, DFW, Texas and Scottsdale, Arizona. I've strayed clear of local car dealerships just do to horrible interactions. But at Dave Smith I was throughly impressed. Definitely family oriented at this place. If I had any gripe it would just be the F&I manager. Don't get me wrong, really nice guy. But was a little pushy on trying to get me gap insurance. I get it, they are trying to make money as well but like I said before, I've gone through my fair share of vehicles and understand the process. So I didn't let that ruin the experience for me. I would highly, HIGHLY recommend Dave Smith in CD'A and ask for Greg. I wouldn't steer anyone wrong on this.
