After shopping at some other dealers, we ended up at Toyota of Oxnard because they happened to have the configuration we wanted on the Camry SE Hybrid that we were interested in. On walking into the showroom, we were warmly greeted, then helped by Jamie. As it turned out, that was incredibly good luck. My husband and I have probably purchased close to twenty cars over the course of our lifetimes, and we’ve never received better treatment than we received by Jamie. She was really knowledgeable, explained the many features of the car, and was able to answer all of our questions. After deciding to go through with the purchase, we worked with Andres Santander, the Finance Manager, to complete the paperwork and go through the warranty options. He was very helpful and patient as we went through the process, and treated us with respect. No hard sells, no attitude. It was all very pleasant, almost fun. All in all we were truly impressed. Based on our own buying experience, we would highly recommend DCH Toyota of Oxnard. And we would particularly single out Jamie as the best car salesperson we’ve ever experienced in the purchase of a car. And we love our new Camry SE Hybrid.
UPDATE: Since purchasing our car, we want to post a big shout out to Jose Bravo in the Service Department. Our car had an unfortunate accident and he was fantastic in dealing with all the mechanical issues as well as getting us a great job on the body work. He communicated well and frequently with us about the insurance, and worked diligently to have that aspect of things perfectly taken care of. He stayed on top of everything in what was a long process (not his fault). Our overall experience with DCH Toyota of Oxnard has been excellent. In our  previous review we singled out Jaime, our salesperson, for being really terrific to work with. We couldn't be happier with the experiences we've had with this dealership.
