My husband and I have bought many, many cars in the past.  This was, by far, the best car buying experience we have ever had.  Our salesman, Mr. Gay, was outstanding!  Without being the least bit pushy, he really listened and got us the car and the deal that we wanted.  I was a little nervous about driving my new vehicle home.  Mr Gay really went out of his way to make me feel comfortable by riding along to my house where he removed my license plate from my old car and placed it on my new vehicle.  He then drove my trade in back to the dealership.  Best service ever!  I will definitely recommend Delray Hyundai and Mr. Gay to anyone who will listen.

WE came in to Delray Hyundai/Genesis checking lease rates for an Ionic 6 Limited.  We stated our desire for a certain monthly payment and Noel gave us a quote, but the two were pretty far apart, so we left. Two hours later Noel called us back, saying that they would hit our number out the door, and come back to sign the papers and git er done. We drove back, even though we had to drop a deal we were working on at a different car lot. We were passed on to Cody, the finance manager, but he threw on an extra charge of $24 a month Over what Noel told us. We balked, Cody said he was sorry, and we  were about to bail, when he removed the 24 and finally went with the first number, as offered by Noel.  After hours of wrangling with car dealers we were tired and worn out, but we did get the deal we wanted. That's what was important, and we like the car. They insisted on detailing the car today, and even though Noel said the dropoff crew was out of town, he personally brought it to the house an hour ago. These guys are good, but be sure to stand strong before finishing up your deal.
