As soon as I called to book the appointment they were very informative an was great too get me in for an oil change...when I showed up to the appointment I couldn't have asked for better service. I waited the 30 Minutes asked a few questions an was told the issue...(the issue I asked to be looked at when I made the appointment ; now part is ordered an going to be fixed next week)..thank you for the great service an family environment???? I am not from the area, had a check engine light come on 20 miles away from Delzell Brothers dealership, pulled into the service area, spoke with an individual who was able to get my vehicle looked at right away, while the vehicle was being looked at I was kept up-to-date by a mechanic who was very polite and even more knowledgeable (explained the issues very clearly to where you don't need to be a mechanic to understand and he also answered all of my questions), they weren't only able to fix my issue in a short amount of time, but they also made me aware of two recalls that had been on my vehicle and arranged to have those issues fixed as well! I also had my oil change done two days prior to this at a different location, and apparently they didn't tighten the drain plug and oil filter which they corrected for me as well! If I didn't live so far away, I would take my Jeep here for all maintenance!!!
