I found Diamond Mazda through Car Gurus. They had a used car I was interested in so I reached out to the dealership to ask questions about the car, specifically, whether the car had heated seats (which is a must for me). I first interacted with Richard, who told me the car did not have heated seats, but that they could install heated seats for me. Out of all the dealerships I had been interacting with throughout the week, Diamond Mazda was the ONLY dealership to offer this service to me. So once they told me that, I made the hour drive out there to test drive the car. Once I got there, I interacted with Ruben. He was very pleasant and friendly throughout the whole experience, and was ultimately the one who sold me the car. I decided to have them install both heated and leather seats, and I’m so glad I did because it turned out BEAUTIFUL! I was a little bit frustrated that the finance department tried to add on things I did not want to the car, but Ruben and his manager took care of it and in the end I got the car I wanted and for a good deal.
