Is it possible to give a 15 on a 10 out of 10 scale? That is what my experience with buying a new 2024 Honda Accord at Diehl Honda of Massillon deserves! I am that car owner who keeps his car FOREVER… I was driving a 2007 Accord that I’d purchased new 17 years ago so obviously I had some anxiety about a new car purchase. The team at Diehl treated my wife and I like we were family! I had an initial contact with their Internet consultant Shawnte Evans and she facilitated my appointment with my salesman Dave Sherman. Memo to Diehl Honda… whatever you are paying Dave he deserves A LOT MORE. Dave is the reason I am creating this enthusiastic post. From the moment my wife and I walked in the showroom he immediately made us feel like we were in our living room at home chatting with an old friend. Dave certainly has a gift when it comes to an excellent customer experience and if you are in the market for a new or used car he is the man you want to deal with. We had found a 2024 Honda Accord LX online (my 2 previous new car purchases a 1996 and 2007 were both Accord LX models). Dave immediately brought the car around, we took it for a test drive and got an amazing “Diehl” and signed off on the car. But here’s the best part… I had recently had cataract surgery so I was having some light sensitivity issues. I asked on a whim if someone could deliver the car to my home. Dave said no problem and DELIVERED THE CAR HIMSELF. I mean how amazing is that?! It’s without doubt the definition of above and beyond customer service! We also got to chat with the extremely friendly sales manager and our finance associate Rodney was amazing as well. I could not have asked for a better sales experience. Please consider Dave and the folks at Diehl Honda for your next purchase. You won’t be disappointed!
