I’ve been coming to Toyota for a few years ever since I traded in my Jeep for a Tacoma. The team is always welcoming and knowledgeable anytime I come in. Tyler helped me with my trade in for my new 2024 Tacoma and I am absolutely in love with my vehicle. His upbeat attitude and charismatic personality made me that much more satisfied with my choice and the dedication he took to get me to the payments I wanted made me feel heard and not just seen. Had a question about a repair on my 94 Toyota 4 runner and went to 5 shops before here and nobody would even try to give me an idea of what the job might cost. Ian G from the service department sat me down and gave me an idea of what the job might cost me. Really appreciated the ability for him to get me a ballpark price and once I'm ready to get the work done I will be coming back.

Fantastic service center. Rolled in my vehicle and was immediately greeted by attentive and plentiful staff. They quickly took in my vehicle, confirmed my appointment/information, and sent it off for maintenance. Plentiful lounge spaces with chairs, tables, outlets, etc. Only downside was an oil change took far longer than I thought it should (almost an hour and 45 minutes), but I was busy with work so I barely felt the time. Definitely coming back for service!

Chloe in the service department was great. She explained to me what they were doing service wise to my car. She came back and explained a couple of additional recommended services, and took good care of my RAV4 and me. I was out back on the road in a reasonable time also. It was an overall great experience
