The entire team I worked with at Doug Reh was responsive, polite and professional! I purchased a used car from Doug Reh from my state of California and everything from viewing the car over the Internet, videos, questions etc. was all handled by my sales rep Heath. Heath told me all about the car, and even identified a small dent to be fixed prior to shipping - something I could not see over video and wouldn't have known about prior to purchase from another state. Kendra in finance handled all the paperwork and financing and was very helpful and responsive to financing. Donnie helped work out the transportation and solve issues with delays from the transportation company.
