Everyone was so kind and so patient. There was no pressure and they were very willing to show me a few different cars. Cars shown were nice used cars in really great shape. Ended up financing a RAV4 hybrid. I’m very happy pleased with my choice. Good place.

Dru was our sales rep, and he was a dream to work with! No bogus fees, no mandatory protection plan, no markup. Awesome dealership.

Car buying experience was excellent! Our experience was quite a bit different than others, we ordered it via email and text communication. Dru was very clear with what the process was, waiting times, fees/taxes/costs involved. He even messaged us when a vehicle order was abandoned that matched our order so we got our van months earlier than expected!

The paperwork was really easy, we financed through our Credit Union and nobody was upset that we didn't finance through the dealership. We declined extended warranties and everyone was cool with it (although this was when we felt most of the selling pressure).

The entire place was filled with professionals, we would be happy to purchase from Doug Smith Kia again!
