I can't believe I am in a brand new Cadillac! I was involved in a T-bone car accident April '24 completely uprooted my world and totaled my BMW. completely unprepared and not in a position to get a new car. I hit up Dublin Cadillac for used XT5. It didn't work out with that car and I was bummed.
But this guy Viney they have running around there is a gem! His professionalism, quick time response and inept knowledge of Cadillac vehicles made this experience beyond five stars! He got me in a brand new XT4 with pretty much everything that I wanted and delivered it to me in San Jose. He made sure I connected with on star before he left and was up on Cadillacs app to understand the features.
Eugene and Sonny in finance are both kind and supportive. Thank you Eugene and Viney for your time and patience with all my crazy questions and your efforts in getting me in my new ride!
Don't question this dealership, there is no haggling here. They listen to what you want and in the end, you get exactly what you need. Customer service that is carefully given is hard to find these days.

We purchased a Cadillac Escalade from Dublin Cadillac this week and it was a great experience. Our sales executive MJ was very friendly and accommodating in showing us multiple vehicles even though we came in on a Saturday about an hour before closing. She was eager to help us but we didn’t feel pressured when we decided to hold off for a few days to consider financing options. We got her card and even though she was off on Monday, we could text her and she would take care of us. This is where buying from Cadillac is truly a unique experience- come Monday we’re approved through our credit union and  ready to buy the car, MJ (on her day off) got everything set up for us before hand and when she  met us at the dealership, we were in and out in less than 30 minutes. The finance manager was friendly and to the point. Absolutely no jerking us around trying to set us up with a different lender (which is a problem at A LOT of dealerships). This is our second Cadillac, the first we got at the south sf Cadillac dealership, and they were just as good.  Thanks MJ, I love my new ride:)

I could truly say this has been one of the best customer service experiences. I've had in a very long time when purchasing a new vehicle.

My story is more about service than sales. I bought a convertible camero back in 2011 from this group of dealers, and it was an OK experience, a little pushy but not bad. I went back to this group looking for a 2017 escalade after having bought a 2013 and 2015 from Micheal stead. I called ahead and asked if they had a 2017 and was told yes. My wife and I showed up, and test drove an Escalade, thinking it was a 2017. I'm not sure why we test drove it as these years were relatively the same. As we are driving, the salesperson tells us what we are driving is a 2016 and not a 2017. That ended the test drive. When we got back, we were not happy, yet he still asked for our social security number so he could get the process started. WHAT PROCESS, THERE IS NO CAR? We have avoided this group of dealers like the plague until recently. We are currently driving a 2022 Escalade, and back in October, the motor died. I called Micheal stead and told them I was bringing it in. They told me not to bother as they could not help me for 2 weeks. I have been a customer of theirs for 12 years. I had to bring it to Dublin. Mike Gress was the service tech. At the time, Mike was the only service tech they had, a little worrisome, to say the least. Amazingly enough, Mike was able to give me better service than Micheal stead was able to, and they have 5 service techs. Since then, I have had an unfortunate series of events with the car, including recently a rodent chewing on wires, and the car has spent a lot of time with Mike. He has always done his best to get me a loaner, Micheal Stead never once did. Always kept me updated. I have talked to a few salespeople while there waiting, and I definitely feel a different vibe. Because of Mike and his service, I will come back to this Dublin group of dealers for my next car.
