I only purchase new vehicles which means I have purchased many through dealerships and I thought they were all the same. However, Dutton GMC in Riverside definitely made me feel different.  I have never been to a dealership where they treated me like a true friend with nothing but trust and respect. I started with an email inquiry with Dylan. He gave me all the time I needed and patience. Never rushed me or seems like I was wasting his time. Then I walked in and his partner Cel greeted me and helped me with my every question. He also had patience and respect and never rushed or pushed anything. I even needed to leave to get a few things and money together and did not urge me to stay, or make a deal, or make me feel like I wasted his time. He thanked me for coming and was patient for a few days while I returned without ever bugging me. I came back ready on a Sunday to sigh the papers and pickup the truck. I was even told to come back tomorrow or another day for the down payment amount while being able to take the truck and all. This was the first time I have ever been able to do that with a dealer. Other dealers don’t let you leave until they get their money but Dutton GMC seriously felt like they trusted me and respected me enough to let me go and come back tomorrow to take care of the rest. I also love GMC vehicles and worked with me in every sense of the word. I can tell you 100 percent I will never go to another dealer again. Dylan and Cel are top notch, processional, patient and like friends/family. My wife even wants to upgrade her Expedition to the new Yukon AT4 so they might be seeing me again soon for the upgrade. Thank you Dylan and Cel for the har work and customer service. It is truly appreciated coming from someone that works in the customer service industry and knows what it means to properly provide the good service.
