First off I hate going to any car dealer . I was pre approved through GM finance and Holly reached out to me. From the start I told her I wanted no B.S., no pulling my credit a million times and if she can’t make it work with the vehicle I wanted then don’t worry about. Not only did she follow through with all of my requests she also took my trade that I was bad upside down on (I didn’t even plan on trading because I knew about the bad negative equity I had in the car) . After reaching an agreement she offered to even deliver my new truck to me free of charge but I’m not one to buy anything site unseen. Once we arrived at the dealership it took us longer to test drive and look around the truck than it did to sign paperwork. We literally were there less than 30 mins and walked out with keys in hand. Now the truck we bought is having technical problems but what technology doesn’t. Holly is having the service department come pick up the truck and deliver it back to us after service.
