I was so pleased to find they are now vacuuming your car while servicing. I was greeted warmly even though I was early and enjoyed the coffee while waiting. My diesel truck had an error code pop up related to the DEF system.  Every place i called was 7-10 days out. Ed Martin service department worked me in next day, and I was driving again the following day.

The sales and finance teams were awesome!  It was the best car buying experience we've ever had.

My only complaint was the state of the interior of the car when we picked it up.  The outside looked really nice, but the interior was still.pretty dirty.

To be fair, it was a rush job, but it really didn't have to be.  We could have waited another day to ensure the interior was clean.

Other than the interior, we are really happy with the purchase and would recommend them.
