I truly had a wonderful experience here at Kia of Chamblee. I was referred to this location from another and upon arrival I was greeted with care and concern which was displayed throughout my visit to the completion of my visit. Ms. Doreen was so personable and kind to me. And to my pleasant surprise, one of the female techs (who wears the blue shirts, not quite sure of her title) actually hand washed my vehicle. All in all my visit was absolutely the best last minute oil change visit I’ve had in a long time, in fact I will be a regular customer from now on. ????

He took the time to listen to what I wanted and was able to make it all happen with the purchase of my new Kia Sportage which I left with in less than 4 hours he was great !!!!!!

Went in for my routine maintenance on my 2022 Kia Forte at 7:30 AM and was greeted warmly by Jeremiah. He took me in and went over the services that would be rendered for the day, he assured me they could complete everything throughout the day and would he in constant contact with me in case anything changed — he did just that and they were able to fix my sunroof for free which was under warranty, nice surprise! He was a great customer service rep at this Chamblee location and made me feel very welcomed at any time. Always have a great experience at this Kia Chamblee on Peachtree Blvd, thanks Jeremiah & team!
