The salesman Brad was on top of everything, and made sure the process went smooth. The real surprise was the finance office. The gentleman who handled us was absolutely the best experience I have had in buying a new car. ( Since 1983)  No pressure. Very helpful, and made things smooth. Great experience in getting my RAV4 for its 15k maintenance check.  Charlene was great in explaining the different packages and what would be done.  Even though it was busy, only had to wait a little more than an hour which was not too bad.  I definitely will be coming back for my next service.
