He answered every question and gave us a FaceTime showing of the car so we knew exactly what we were seeing before making the 4 hour trip down.   Once we arrived, they were there to greet us and the car was outside ready to view.   It became clear very quickly that they are very particular in the vehicles that they choose to offer their clients and that they are true "car guys".  Each car was meticulously detailed and in showroom condition.
